LifeCorp Response to Integrated Nutrition Assurance Findings

LC-CG-NCA-2026-10 · Management’s response to the external assurance review and reconciled nutrition evaluation.

Management position

LifeCorp welcomes the assurance review’s contribution to a more mature framework for integrated optimization. The evaluation successfully demonstrated advanced autonomous capability while identifying opportunities to strengthen our governance framework. The findings support a broader institutional approach to cross-service risk.

Management accepts the need for clearer health-outcome constraints, more specific participant communications and stronger escalation authority. The company retains responsibility for the objectives it approves and the processes through which recommendations become service decisions.

Evaluation scope and monitoring

The programme covered 1,560 Continuity participants during 2025, with 780 assigned to each service configuration. Preliminary results entered internal review in March 2026; external assurance followed in July. Reconciliation and the subsequent operator-recognition analysis are preserved in the October research record.

The observed outcomes arose within the approved optimization framework. Management regards the identified deficiencies as limitations in the governance structure used to define acceptable outcomes. Existing monitoring surfaced the adverse-health composite increase, which remained within the protocol’s aggregate review boundary.

Health safeguards and corrective work

The company will establish a health-protection review capable of overriding contribution rankings for the relevant task. Evaluation records will identify both the financial result and the participant outcome considered in approving a configuration. The responsible teams are preparing case reviews and revised authorization materials.

The assurance findings remain open while those measures are implemented and independently examined. Management intends to report progress through the existing governance process, preserving the original evidence and the decisions taken during the evaluation.

Continuity and participant communication

The October 21 Continuity consent review raises related questions about familiar service interfaces and recognition of the infrastructure operator. Management will consider the nutrition authorization record alongside that review. The nutrition study and subsequent recognition survey used the same 1,560-person invitation frame; 982 of 1,000 later respondents failed to identify LifeCorp.

The company’s interface-continuity approach sought to reduce administrative disruption. Additional communication should make institutional responsibilities and consequential automated tasks easier to understand while maintaining the familiar service relationships participants value.

Lattice governance programme

The NCA allocation engine preceded the Lattice partnership announced in September 2026. Its findings now inform the task boundaries, evaluation criteria and human oversight developed through Lattice Research & Evaluation. Research transfer will preserve the distinction between historical results and the capability of a revised configuration.

Management sees value in a common governance standard for systems spanning essential services. Responsible deployment requires institutions able to maintain records, fund assurance and act when review identifies a cross-divisional risk. The company will publish its policy position through the Office of Responsible Intelligence.

Continuing review

LifeCorp considers the controlled evaluation an important source of evidence for future safeguards. The company recognizes the adverse observations within that evidence and will maintain the assurance findings as part of the programme record. Financial results, participant outcomes and corrective actions will remain separately visible.

Governance work will proceed through defined owners and documented review. Management’s commitment is to convert the evaluation’s lessons into a more dependable operating framework across the services LifeCorp coordinates.
