These provisions describe the resident framework. A separate agreement is required to establish services. Viewing this document or using this website does not enrol you, assign your income or authorize collection of resident information.
Application, incorporation and order of precedence
These Resident Service Terms describe LifeCorp’s standard resident operating framework. Specific services, contribution requirements and authorizations are established only through the separately applicable agreement and allocation schedule. Each approved benefit is recorded in the resident’s allocation schedule, together with its review period and any conditions of access.
In the event of inconsistency, a mandatory legal requirement takes precedence, followed by an applicable executed agreement, its approved service schedule and the general operating provisions below. Changes to a resident agreement follow its amendment procedure. Divisional performance objectives guide administration within the obligations already established by that agreement.
Definitions and interpretation
Resident means a participant admitted under a separately established service relationship. Contribution means the resources recognized within that relationship, including the income allocation specified by its schedule. Allocation means the services, accommodation, access or privileges approved for a resident or household during a defined review period.
Ecosystem means the LifeCorp divisions and approved organizations participating in coordinated delivery. Discretionary autonomy means the range of choices available outside a prescribed service sequence. Operational availability means capacity as assessed by the responsible service team. A reference to continuity concerns the maintenance of an approved relationship, not a guarantee that every service component will remain identical.
Admission, eligibility and continuing assessment
Eligibility may depend on contribution, household requirements, service capacity, location and completion of the applicable assessment. Approval applies to the period, location and service specified in the allocation record. A resident’s status may be reviewed when information changes or when a scheduled reassessment becomes due.
LifeCorp may request clarification through the relevant service process before confirming an allocation. Where information remains unresolved, the responsible team may maintain an existing arrangement, authorize an interim allocation or refer the matter for review. The interim allocation remains in effect until the responsible team records its determination and confirms the next review date.
Income contribution and centralized allocation
Membership schedules provide for allocation of 100% of gross income to the managed service relationship. The schedule determines how contribution is recognized, how adjustments are handled and which services form part of the resulting provision. Gross income, take-home compensation and discretionary purchasing capacity are distinct concepts.
A higher contribution may support a different accommodation or privilege allocation. Ownership of group assets and administration of contributed funds remain with LifeCorp. Allocation decisions consider the operating relationship as a whole rather than assigning a separate cash entitlement to every service a resident does not use.
Residential accommodation and occupancy
Accommodation is allocated according to the approved tier, household requirements and available residential capacity. Layout, location, furnishings, occupancy arrangements and access conditions may vary. Unless the governing agreement states otherwise, participation does not accumulate equity in a property or create ownership of the accommodation provided.
LifeCorp reserves the right to modify the definition of adequate housing within the bounds of applicable requirements. Window access, private sleeping arrangements and family co-location are governed by their specific allocations. The allocation record governs the premises assigned; photographs and model residences illustrate the range of accommodation within the portfolio.
Nutrition, consumption and scheduled provision
Nutrition services are designed around approved provision standards, demand forecasts and coordinated procurement. Meal composition, timing, variety and presentation may change with supply, contribution tier or operational requirements. Recognizable ingredients and enhanced selection may form part of a higher allocation rather than a universal service commitment.
Resident preferences may be recorded and considered without becoming binding instructions. Unused meal allocations remain within the scheduled provision and are reconciled through the programme’s consumption-accounting process. Required dietary accommodations are handled through the responsible service process and the requirements applicable to that service.
Healthcare coordination, benefits and coverage
Healthcare coordination, appointment availability, benefit eligibility and insurance reimbursement are separate functions. Access to a coordinated service does not guarantee that a particular treatment is covered, that a provider has immediate capacity or that an insurer will approve every request. Clinical decisions remain subject to the responsible care arrangements.
The group may evaluate service utilization and claims expenditure through different divisional measures. Divisional measures report the defined service activity and observation period. Individual care requirements are assessed through the designated provider, which retains responsibility for clinical review and the applicable treatment pathway.
Employment coordination and workforce services
Workforce services may connect compensation administration, transport, housing and benefits under a coordinated arrangement. An employer remains responsible for obligations assigned to it by the employment relationship. Employment responsibilities remain allocated to the organization identified in the employment agreement, including where benefits administration passes through LifeCorp infrastructure.
A change in employment or compensation may affect contribution and trigger an allocation review. Continuity arrangements support interim provision while the responsible team reassesses the resident’s contribution and service requirements. The applicable agreement determines notice, interim provision and any transition obligations.
Households, dependants and co-location
Household allocations may consider aggregate contribution, dependent requirements, available accommodation and service capacity. Family co-location is subject to confirmation; priority consideration does not guarantee placement together. Education and age-based transitions are coordinated through the applicable household schedule.
A household record may contain information affecting more than one participant. Instructions from one person do not automatically authorize a change to another person’s allocation or records. Changes to household composition should be reviewed through the responsible service channel so that contribution, accommodation and dependent provision remain aligned.
LifeScore and eligibility indicators
LifeScore supports a coordinated assessment of contribution, productivity, resource efficiency, engagement and compliance history. Its inputs, weights and review periods may evolve as the operating framework develops. The score supplies an administrative basis for matching service eligibility to the resident’s recorded operating profile.
Different services may apply different thresholds or require additional review. Allocations remain subject to their scheduled review periods. Residents may request reassessment through the relevant procedure; current operating decisions continue while the responsible team considers the request.
Recreation, attention and partner engagement
Scheduled recreation may include partner engagement, advertising-supported activities and approved attention requirements. RestWell™ schedules may extend these requirements to overnight engagement windows, with exposure credited against the household’s applicable participation allocation. The membership schedule identifies the applicable allocation. An enhanced attention-free period is a distinct benefit and should not be inferred from a general reference to leisure or personal fulfilment.
LifeCorp may assess participation using approved programme measures. Recreational credits accrue through the activities and reporting windows identified in the programme schedule. The objective is a reliable provision of engagement opportunities consistent with the resident relationship and the commercial arrangements supporting it.
Information collection and commercial participation
The integrated resident framework contemplates comprehensive collection, combination and analysis of service information as described in the Resident Privacy & Information Policy. Information may support eligibility, coordination, research, model evaluation, partner products and other approved purposes within the applicable arrangements.
Permitted information may be sold, resold or commercially licensed in source, derived, segmented or analytical form. Consideration received from information products accrues to the relevant LifeCorp entity under its commercial arrangements. Commercial rights, required permissions and any non-waivable restrictions remain governed by the applicable agreement and requirements.
Provider continuity and underlying integration
Services may continue under familiar employer, insurer, property or provider identities while their infrastructure is coordinated through LifeCorp. Consumer-facing brands may be retained throughout a change in underlying administration. Approved notices and agreements determine the responsibilities of each participating organization.
Project Continuity seeks to reduce the disruption associated with service transitions. Recognition of an infrastructure provider is not the same measure as service delivery. Questions concerning individual awareness, authorization and informed participation are addressed through the relevant governance processes rather than inferred solely from retention or low complaint volumes.
Restricted models and automated recommendations
LifeCorp may use approved forecasting systems and restricted models to support operational tasks. Access restrictions, evaluation measures and human escalation requirements define the scope of their use. Recommendations enter the approval sequence assigned to the relevant task and responsible institution.
The responsible institution remains accountable for the objectives it specifies and the decisions made within its operating process. Review extends from technical performance to the consequences of the operational decision. The responsible institution defines the review scope, records exceptions and assigns any further assessment before authorizing an action.
Operational availability and changes to provision
All discretionary autonomy remains subject to operational availability. Availability may be affected by staffing, supply, maintenance, capacity, service location and approved programme changes. The responsible team may provide an alternative arrangement where the governing schedule permits it.
LifeCorp may update methods, providers and service configurations while maintaining the applicable level of provision. The governing schedule distinguishes core provision, discretionary conveniences and alternatives available during a service change. Where a material change requires notice, consultation or a separate authorization, the relevant process must be followed.
Resident satisfaction and performance reporting
Resident satisfaction is determined through proprietary measurement systems. Surveys, complaints, retention, service utilization and other approved indicators may inform reporting. Each indicator is interpreted according to its methodology, population and reporting period.
Group reporting aggregates the experience of its stated population. Recorded complaints, administrative closures and outstanding concerns retain their separate classifications within the service record. Published performance materials should be read with their supporting definitions and available technical records.
Questions, complaints and administrative review
Residents may raise service concerns through the channel identified in their governing agreement. A review may require supporting information, confirmation of authority or coordination between more than one organization. The team receiving a concern may refer it to the institution responsible for the underlying decision.
A documented acknowledgement records receipt and identifies the next administrative step. Where an issue concerns several institutions, each may address its own responsibilities while a coordinated response is considered. The closure record identifies the actions completed, any outstanding dependencies and the institution retaining responsibility for follow-up.
Departure, transition readiness and final authorization
A request to leave the managed relationship is considered through the transition process. Standard requirements include independent income, independent housing, financial-account verification, settlement of outstanding accommodation allocations, a readiness assessment and final administrative authorization. The governing agreement determines the obligations actually applicable to a resident.
Certain confirmations depend on one another. Independent income release may require authorization, while authorization may require proof that independent income is available. Where a sequence cannot yet be completed, the existing allocation may continue pending administrative review. Your freedom remains important to us. A deferred request remains within the established process.
Records, outstanding matters and continuity after departure
Outstanding allocations, contractual obligations, disputes and record-retention requirements continue through departure until settled under their governing procedures. Information already included in an approved commercial product may remain governed by that product’s terms and applicable restrictions. The privacy policy explains the difference between source records, derived information and previously distributed copies.
Legacy arrangements, dependent provisions and posthumous contribution administration require their own approved schedules. The approved schedule identifies surviving household provisions, the authority responsible for their administration and the basis for reviewing any continuing allocation.
Interpretation, mandatory rights and limitations
The operating framework is intended to support consistent administration, not to override a protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a provision cannot be applied as written, the responsible process must interpret it in accordance with the governing requirement. The remaining provisions continue to be read within their applicable scope.
The governing agreement establishes liability, dispute procedures, applicable law and the remedies available to each party. Published operating measures are interpreted within their stated scope. The responsible institution records any exception requiring separate review and maintains the supporting account of how the governing requirement has been applied.
Amendments, continuing participation and published editions
LifeCorp may publish updated operating provisions as its service model develops. The effective date identifies the edition available for reference. Where an applicable relationship permits acceptance through continuing participation, LifeCorp’s standard formulation is that continued existence constitutes acceptance of updated terms, subject always to any separate notice, consent or mandatory requirement.
Required authorizations are recorded through the applicable service process. Material changes must follow the governing process, and an archived edition remains part of the historical record. Residents and institutional partners should consult the edition relevant to their agreement rather than assume every published revision automatically changes an existing obligation.
Public website, demonstrations and expressions of interest
This website provides information, publications and interactive examples. Its calculators use illustrative values; its assessment controls do not determine real eligibility. Product comparisons and preference reviews describe available service configurations without creating a subscription or processing a payment. The website does not create accounts, submit employment applications or enrol a visitor into a resident, financial, housing or healthcare arrangement.
The public website contains authored demonstrations and local calculations. It does not operate Lattice or RestWell, process resident records, deliver advertising or make real placement decisions. Website information is general service information, not individualized financial or medical advice. Resident information collection and commercial participation described in Section 12 are separate from this website’s limited processing practices.
The interest form discards all entered values and sends only an independent random browser token to an aggregate counter. No mailing list, application record or follow-up contact is created. Browser storage and counter behavior are described in the website section of the privacy policy. Submitting the form does not assign income, authorize access to other services or activate the resident information framework.
