Continuity Integration Expansion Announcement
More connected services. The same familiar relationships.
An expanded pilot
Project Continuity is extending its workforce evaluation into housing assistance, nutrition, healthcare administration and employee purchasing. Employers participating in the 2021 pilot will retain established service interfaces while approved providers connect to shared infrastructure.
A consistent experience
The programme is designed to avoid unnecessary changes to the organizations employees already contact. Ordinary benefit updates and vendor notices will communicate changes through employer channels. LifeCorp will focus on coordinating the processes behind those relationships.
What comes next
The expanded pilot continues through 2026. Results will determine whether the framework becomes a wider commercial capability. The evaluation will compare service friction, administration costs and financial predictability. It will also measure recognition of LifeCorp as an underlying operator, although recognition is not a contracted success threshold.
Evaluation continuity
The programme will retain the original baseline while recording the additional services separately. This avoids treating an increase in the number of available services as proof of an improvement in each one. Employer groups will receive periodic operational summaries through existing governance meetings.
