LifeCorp Enterprise Announces Successful Completion of Integrated Workforce Pilot
A five-year programme demonstrates the value of familiar relationships and connected infrastructure.
A five-year programme, brought together
October 14, 2026. LifeCorp Enterprise today announced completion of the Integrated Workforce Optimization Initiative, the five-year evaluation conducted under Project Continuity with participating employers, benefits administrators and regional providers. The programme coordinated housing assistance, healthcare administration, nutrition, financial administration and purchasing through a unified service infrastructure.
Unlike a conventional consumer-platform transition, the Continuity configuration preserved the organizations employees already knew. Employer communications, benefit channels and provider relationships remained familiar while the administration supporting them became more connected.
Selected programme results
The programme’s final administrative data cutoff was September 30, 2026. Results concern the evaluated configuration and its agreed comparison measures; direct resident membership and municipal service reporting remain separate.
| Measure | Reported improvement |
|---|---|
| Benefit administration costs | 22% reduction |
| Employee retention | 31% relative increase |
| Discretionary spending outside participating networks | 18% reduction |
| Integrated healthcare and nutrition utilization | 27% increase |
| Partner revenue predictability | 43% improvement |
Familiar interfaces, connected infrastructure
“Our objective was to demonstrate that the benefits of integrated living could be delivered without requiring employees to change the organizations they already know and trust,” said Adrian Shaw, Chief Enterprise Officer. “The work is in making the infrastructure more dependable, not in asking people to learn a new name for every part of their day.”
Participating employees continued to interact with employers, insurers, housing providers and benefit administrators through established channels. The Continuity Integration Framework progressively coordinated approved processes and purchasing arrangements beneath those interfaces.
Programme scope
The evaluation included 8,400 employees across direct-enrolment and Continuity configurations. Covered service participation is not the same as entry into the comprehensive resident model. The programme did not classify every person receiving an employer-sponsored service as a resident assigning all gross income to LifeCorp.
The company will publish additional research describing recognition, transition friction and the interpretation of service measures. That material will supplement the completion indicators rather than changing the original dates or population boundaries of the pilot.
The next phase
LifeCorp will extend commercial Continuity capability through the Enterprise Marketplace launched in 2022. Planned expansion involves additional employer groups, regional service networks and institutional partners. Prospective deployments are not presented as completed results in this announcement.
“The future of integrated living is not necessarily a new brand on every service,” Shaw added. “It is a unified infrastructure beneath the services people already use.”
