LifeCorp Enterprise Marketplace Launch
Your customers. Our residents. Shared prosperity.
A coordinated route to demand
LifeCorp today launched its Enterprise Marketplace, connecting approved providers with the group’s integrated service environment. Partners can participate in coordinated purchasing, fulfilment and scheduled engagement without establishing a separate direct relationship with every resident.
A platform, not a rebrand
The marketplace supports providers operating under their own names. It formalizes commercial access to shared infrastructure developed through the group’s acquisitions and provider agreements. Project Continuity remains a separate pilot evaluating more extensive workforce integration.
Partner standards
Participation requires service-level commitments, approved allocation rules and integration testing. LifeCorp will review partner performance through reliability, cost and contribution to the resident experience. Management expects the marketplace to expand the range of services delivered within the ecosystem while improving revenue predictability.
Onboarding and review
Initial participation follows a service assessment and limited operational trial. Approved partners receive a defined scope rather than access to the entire resident relationship. Further services require review of fulfilment capacity and the effect on existing allocation commitments.
