LifeCorp Civic Solutions
New Meridian Civic Harmony Pilot Announcement
Stable communities. Sustainable governance.
A municipal partnership
New Meridian has selected Civic Harmony for a community services pilot. The platform will bring aggregate planning indicators and provider coordination into one municipal reporting environment. The partnership builds on earlier service integration agreements and LifeCorp’s residential infrastructure.
Outcome-aligned delivery
The contract emphasizes administrative expenditure, complaints, relocation requests, reported satisfaction and retention. Agency leaders will review performance against a fixed baseline. The product is not described as determining policy; it supplies recommendations within approved agency objectives.
The first reporting year
LifeCorp expects the pilot to demonstrate the value of more connected planning. Public reports will summarize contracted indicators. Technical review and broader social outcomes remain subject to separate oversight processes, which are not included in the initial performance dashboard.
Oversight schedule
The first year includes quarterly performance meetings and a published annual summary. Requests for changes to the scorecard will be handled through the agency’s procurement process. The initial agreement does not give the contractor unilateral authority to redefine the public purpose of the programme.
